How To Make Gluten Free Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce Recipe
Delicious salmon with tangy lemon-dill sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, skin on
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup gluten-free chicken broth
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear salmon fillets, skin side down, for 5 minutes until crisp.

Flip salmon fillets and infuse with wine, lemon juice, honey, and chicken broth.

Place skillet into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, add butter and dill, and spoon sauce over the salmon.
