Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for the olive oil.

  3. Mix well and form into meatballs (should make 12-16).

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add meatballs.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side to brown.

  6. Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

  7. Serve with your favorite sauce or as desired.
