How To Make Gluten-Free Quinoa Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quinoa flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the quinoa flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, almond milk, olive oil, and vinegar.

  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.

  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
