Ingredients
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar substitute
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch cake pan with coconut oil or unsalted butter.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar substitute until light and fluffy.
 - 
Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.
 - 
Mix in vanilla extract.
 - 
In a separate bowl, combine the coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
 - 
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. Slowly add almond milk, mixing until well combined.

Pour batter into prepared cake pan.
