- 4 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp pumpkin spice blend
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2-4 tbsp stevia, to taste
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
Instructions

In a medium pot, whisk together almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice blend, vanilla extract, and stevia.

Heat over medium heat until just simmering, whisking occasionally.

Remove from heat and add brewed coffee.
