  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and spray a 9-inch pie dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until well combined.
  3. Add in the spinach, feta cheese, and scallions, and fold them into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
