  • 4 oz smoked salmon, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, capers, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Lay out the smoked salmon slices on a work surface.

  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each slice of smoked salmon.

  4. Roll up the salmon and cream cheese tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.

  5. Serve chilled.
