
How To Make Broccoli and Cheddar Egg Muffins
Delicious breakfast muffins made with broccoli and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Add chopped broccoli and grated cheese to the bowl and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and set.

Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
