  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and olive oil.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Pour the lemon garlic mixture over the chicken, making sure each piece is coated.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
