How To Make Air Fryer Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the air fryer basket.

  4. Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meatloaf and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

  6. Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
