How To Make Air Fryer Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the air fryer basket.

Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meatloaf and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
