How To Make Air Fryer Arancini Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Arborio rice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped basil, mozzarella cheese, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.

Take about 2 tablespoons of the rice mixture and shape it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place the rice balls in the air fryer basket, making sure there is enough space between them. Cook in batches if needed.

Cook the rice balls in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

Remove the arancini from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the arancini with marinara sauce for dipping.
