  • 1 large swede, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Spread the coated swede cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the swede is golden and tender, flipping halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
