  • 8 oz hot-smoked salmon
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

  5. Flake the hot-smoked salmon into the skillet and stir gently to incorporate.

  6. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.

  7. Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown.

  8. Serve the hot-smoked salmon pasta topped with toasted pine nuts.

  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
