- 8 oz hot-smoked salmon
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

Flake the hot-smoked salmon into the skillet and stir gently to incorporate.
