Ingredients
- 1 store-bought pie crust
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.

In the same skillet, cook the leeks until softened.

Sprinkle half of the bacon and half of the cheese onto the pie crust.

Spread the cooked leeks over the cheese and bacon.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
