How To Make Crab Fish Cakes Recipe
Delicious crab cakes made with fresh crab and a blend of spices.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, celery, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Gently fold in the panko breadcrumbs.

Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches wide.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
