How To Make Zucchini Fish Cakes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) canned fish, drained
- 2 medium zucchini, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.

Scoop up mixture using a 1/4 cup measure and form into patties.

Cook patties for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Serve with a squeeze of lemon and tartar sauce, if desired.
