How To Make Rose Water Granita Recipe
A refreshing, sweet and floral dessert with a crunchy texture.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of rose water
Instructions

Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and add rose water. Mix well and let the mixture cool down.

Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours.

Use a fork to scrape the mixture and break any ice crystals.

Put it back into the freezer and freeze for another 2-3 hours until it’s fully frozen and the ice crystals have formed.

Scrape one more time before serving into small bowls or glasses.
