How To Make Granita di fragole

Ingredients
- 500g fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions

Place the strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour the strawberry mixture into a shallow 9×9-inch baking dish.

Place the dish in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, remove the dish from the freezer and use a fork to scrape the frozen edges into the slushy center.

Return the dish to the freezer and repeat this process every hour for 3 more hours, until the granita is completely frozen and has a slushy texture.

Serve the granita in individual dishes and enjoy!
