- 4 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of rose water
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Rose petals (optional)
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat milk over medium-high heat until steaming.
