Ingredients

  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of rose water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Rose petals (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat milk over medium-high heat until steaming.

  2. Reduce heat to medium and add chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

  3. Stir in rose water and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until well combined and hot.

  4. Serve hot in mugs and top with whipped cream and rose petals if desired.
