How To Make Rose Water Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

A creamy and delicious pudding with the added goodness of chia seeds and a subtle rose flavor.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, rose water, cardamom powder, vanilla extract and salt.

  2. Whisk well to combine all the ingredients.

  3. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken up.

  4. Whisk it again and pour it into 4 dessert bowls.

  5. Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and chill it for 2 hours or overnight.

  6. Garnish with nuts or fresh fruits of your choice and serve cold.
