Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 small ripe melon, seeded and cubed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- Fresh rose petals for garnish
Instructions
-
In a blender, combine the melon, sugar, water, and rose water. Blend until smooth.
-
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
-
After 30 minutes, remove the dish from the freezer and use a fork to scrape the mixture, breaking up any ice crystals that have formed. Repeat this process every 30 minutes for the next 3 hours, until you have fluffy ice crystals.
-
Once the mixture is completely frozen and fluffy, spoon it into serving bowls or glasses.
-
Garnish with fresh rose petals and serve immediately.
