How To Make Easy Mint Tisane

This comforting mint tisane is a refreshing herbal tea with tangy lemon undertones. Whip up several cups in just five minutes for a warm drink!

Ingredients

  • 1bunchfresh mint
  • 1bunchfresh lemon verbena,optional
  • 3cupsboiling water
  • sugar,optional

Instructions

  1. Place 1 bunch of mint and 1 bunch of lemon verbena, including the stems, in a teapot.

  2. Pour in the boiling water, then allow to steep for about 5 minutes. Add sugar, if desired.

  3. Serve in a small Moroccan or other clear tea glasses, and enjoy!
