How To Make Pomegranate & Vermouth Mulled Wine

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup vermouth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine pomegranate juice, vermouth, honey, cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, and orange slices.

  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and strain out the spices and orange slices.

  4. Ladle the mulled wine into serving glasses and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
