  • 8cupsapple juice,or apple cider
  • ½cupcaramel syrup
  • 3tbsplemon juice
  • 1tsppumpkin pie spice,or cinnamon
  • whipped cream
  • caramel syrup topping


  1. Combine apple juice/cider, caramel syrup, lemon juice and pumpkin spice in a large pot.

  2. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and ice cream caramel syrup.
