  • 2cupsbrewed coffee,cold, strong
  • ½cuppart-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2packetsartificial sweetener
  • 1tbsppowdered coffee creamer
  • ¼tspvanilla extract
  • 1tbspcocoa powder,unsweetened
  • ice cubes,1 tray


  1. Pour coffee into the container of a blender, and add ricotta cheese, sweetener, coffee creamer, vanilla, and cocoa.

  2. Place ice cubes on the top. Blend until smooth, and pour into glasses.
