How To Make Fig and Ricotta Tart
A delicious sweet and savory tart filled with creamy ricotta cheese and fresh figs.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup of whole milk ricotta cheese
- 4 fresh figs, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, honey, salt, and pepper.

Spread the ricotta mixture onto the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Arrange the sliced figs on top of the ricotta mixture.

Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.

Bake the tart for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.

Let the tart cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
