How To Make Gluten-Free Lasagna Recipe
A rich, Italian-inspired dish with layers of gluten-free pasta, savory ground beef, tomato sauce, and creamy ricotta cheese.

Ingredients
- 8-10 gluten-free lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz.) gluten-free tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onion is soft.

Add tomato sauce and dried basil to the skillet with the beef mixture, and stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Spread a layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Add a layer of cooked lasagna noodles on top of the meat sauce.

Spoon half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles, and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta cheese mixture.

Repeat layers (meat sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese).

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

Let lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
