
How To Make Watermelon Rosé Mimosa
Summertime won’t be complete without a thirst-quenching mimosa! This mimosa recipe is made refreshing with watermelon, lemon juice, and sweet wine.

- 10ozwatermelon cubes
- 16ozsparkling rosé
- 8ozwatermelon juice
- 2ozMeyer lemon juice,or Limoncello, freshly squeezed, optional
- watermelon wedges,for garnish
Instructions

Into a blender or food processor, add the watermelon cubes. Puree for about 30 to 45 seconds until fully liquified.

Pour the juice through a fine-mesh strainer or let it hang in a nut milk bag. Discard the solids.

For each mimosa, pour 4 ounces of sparkling rosé into a wine glass followed by 2 ounces of watermelon juice.

Add the Meyer lemon juice, then stir gently to combine.

Garnish with watermelon wedge and enjoy.
