How To Make Watermelon Rosé Mimosa
Summertime won’t be complete without a thirst-quenching mimosa! This mimosa recipe is made refreshing with watermelon, lemon juice, and sweet wine.
Into a blender or food processor, add the watermelon cubes. Puree for about 30 to 45 seconds until fully liquified.
Pour the juice through a fine-mesh strainer or let it hang in a nut milk bag. Discard the solids.
For each mimosa, pour 4 ounces of sparkling rosé into a wine glass followed by 2 ounces of watermelon juice.
Add the Meyer lemon juice, then stir gently to combine.
Garnish with watermelon wedge and enjoy.
