Pistachio Pudding Recipe

Creamy and refreshing, this pistachio pudding makes a pleasant ending to any meal. I made this for a church pot luck and have been asked to bring it every time since.

How To Make Pistachio Pudding

  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 can pineapple , crushed , with juice
  • ½ pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 4 oz. nuts, walnuts work best, chopped
  • 3 oz. pistachio pudding
  • 1 cup coconut flakes, optional


  1. Mix dry ingredients with cool whip, then add the rest of the items.

  2. Put in a pyrex container and refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
