  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup crushed gingernut cookies

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen berries, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.

  2. Stir in the crushed gingernut cookies.

  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.

  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  5. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
