How To Make Berry Cheesecake Popsicles

Stay cool during the summer with our creamy cheesecake popsicles! It comes with a healthy amount of berries for that classic cheesecake taste.

  • 8ozlow-fat cream cheese1 brick
  • 1cupBlue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
  • 1⁄4cuphoney
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • pinchsalt
  • 2cupsfresh berrieschopped then briefly rinsed in water
  • 2graham cracker sheetsroughly chopped


  1. Add cream cheese, almond milk, honey, vanilla and salt to a blender.

  2. Puree until smooth.

  3. Stir in the berries and graham crackers until combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.

  5. Freeze until solid.

  6. Serve frozen, and enjoy!
