How To Make Blueberry and Yogurt Popsicles

These blueberry and yogurt popsicles are guilt-free sweet treats, with tart and creamy flavors! It’s extremely easy and made with just three ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2cupsblueberries
  • 2cupsvanilla yogurt,low-fat
  • 1cuppowdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the blueberries, yogurt, and sugar in the blender, then blend very well.

  2. Pour the mixture into the freezer molds, leaving at least ½ inch empty at the top.

  3. Freeze for 2 hours, or until solid.

  4. To unmold, fill the bowl or pot with the hot water, and dip the molds in it until the pops can be wiggled out by their handles.

  5. Serve cold, and enjoy!
