A delicious way to include more fruits to your kids' diet! In addition, these delectable popsicles are easy to prepare. The hardest part of this recipe is waiting it to set in the freezer!

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups Cran-raspberry juice
  • 2 ½ cups strawberry yogurt
  • 2 ½ cups blueberry yogurt

For Popsicle Filling:

  • 4 cups mango, in chunks
  • 3 cups raspberries
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 3 cups strawberries, cut up
  • 2 cups pineapple, in chunks
  • 3 cups kiwi, sliced


  1. Use plastic popsicle makers or plastic cups with popsicle sticks.
  2. Fill your containers with fruit first.
  3. Then, pour in juice or yogurt.
  4. Insert stick (or lid if using popsicle maker) and put in the freezer.
  5. Let freeze overnight.
