
How To Make Apple Crisp Pops
Amp up your usual apple crisp dish, and whip them into these decadent, creamy, and crunchy frozen pops that are perfect for beating the summer heat!

Ingredients
- 3tbspI Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! spread,divided
- 1cupgranola cereal,low-fat
- 2cooking apples,sliced
- ¼tspground cinnamon
- 2tbspapple juice,or water
- 2cupsBreyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream,divided

4 (9 oz) small paper cups

4 wooden pop sticks
Instructions

Melt 1 tablespoons of the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! spread over medium heat and toss with granola to coat evenly. Allow the granola to toast for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Remove the granola and set aside.

Melt the remaining spread in the pan, increasing the heat to high. Add in the apples, stirring occasionally and searing for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned.

Add in the cinnamon and apple juice or water, and cook for about 3 minutes, until the apples are tender. Set aside to cool.

Layer ¼ cup of the Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, the granola and apples in the bottom of each cup. Top with the remaining ice cream and gently press down on the top to smooth out the layers.

Stick in a pop stick to each cup and freeze completely for about 4 hours to overnight. When serving, rip the cup away from the pop.
