
How To Make Easy Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

- 1double crust pie,(9-inch)
- 1tsporange zest
- 4cupsrhubarb,diced
- 3cupsfresh strawberries,sliced
- 1½cupswhite sugar,plus 1 tbsp for decoration
- 6tbspquick-cooking tapioca
- 1tbspmilk,for brushing
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a pie pan with bottom crust.

Mix together the rhubarb, strawberries, orange zest, 1½ cups of sugar, and tapioca. Spoon into the crust.

Roll out the second crust, and place over the filling. Seal the edges. Brush with milk, and sprinkle extra sugar on top.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F, and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
