Ingredients
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup custard
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the rhubarb and custard. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the cold cubed butter to the flour mixture and rub it in with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour the rhubarb and custard mixture into a pie dish and evenly sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and the rhubarb is tender.
