How To Make Aunt Susie’s Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
A sweet and tangy summertime dessert made with fresh strawberries and rhubarb.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups sliced rhubarb
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, mix together sliced rhubarb, sliced strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and salt until fruit is coated.

Pour fruit mixture into the prepared pie crust and dot the top with butter pieces.

Bake pie for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.

Let the pie cool before slicing and serving.
