How To Make Rhubarb Custard Tart

- 1 sheet of refrigerated pie crust
- 2 cups of fresh rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the egg mixture over the rhubarb mixture and stir until well combined.
