How To Make Strawberry Rhubarb Fruit Pie Recipe
A delicious combination of sweet strawberries and tangy rhubarb in a flaky crust.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 double crust pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine the rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.

Pour the filling into the pie crust and dot with butter.

Cover the pie with the second crust and crimp the edges to seal.

Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
