  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Press the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let the crust cool completely.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the cooled pie crust.

  6. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.

  7. In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the strawberry jam for 15-20 seconds until slightly melted. Drizzle the melted jam over the strawberries.

  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until set.

  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
