How To Make Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Barbecue
Hot stews and pot roasts are just some of the deletcable meals you get out of a slow cooker. It takes a bit of patience but it’s worth every meat-melting bite. You’ll enjoy the cooking as well as the eating with these slow cooker recipes.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder, boneless
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.

Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour the apple cider vinegar over it. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.

Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Discard any excess fat.

In a saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over medium heat. Once warmed, add the shredded pork to the saucepan and stir until the pork is coated with the sauce.

Serve the pulled pork barbecue on buns or rolls. Optional: Serve with coleslaw or pickles for added crunch and flavor.
