How To Make Clotted Cream & Ginger Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup clotted cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crystallized ginger, finely chopped
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the clotted cream, heavy cream, granulated sugar, ground ginger, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Once the ice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency, add in the chopped crystallized ginger. Churn for an additional minute.

Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Serve the clotted cream & ginger ice cream in bowls or cones.
