Ingredients

  • 400ml clotted cream
  • 200ml condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp stem ginger syrup
  • 100g stem ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the clotted cream, condensed milk, and stem ginger syrup.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

  3. Fold in the chopped stem ginger and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover with a lid.

  5. Place the container in the freezer and let it set for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  6. Once frozen, scoop the clotted cream & stem ginger ice cream into bowls or cones, and serve.
