How To Make Chunky Ciabatta Bread Sauce with Clotted Cream

Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of ciabatta bread
- 200ml clotted cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Tear the ciabatta bread into small chunks and place them on a baking tray.

In a small saucepan, heat the clotted cream over low heat until warmed through.

In a separate pan, sauté the minced garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant.

Add the garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to the warmed clotted cream and stir well.

Pour the cream mixture over the ciabatta chunks and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the sauce is bubbling.
