How To Make Clafoutis with Mixed Berries
This tasty clafoutis is a French sweet treat loaded with bursting fruits and a soft flan. A new and exciting dessert to try out for your next dinner party!

Ingredients
- 2½cupsmixed berries,fresh, such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 3eggs
- 10tbsplight agave nectar,or sugar
- ½cupall-purpose flour,unbleached, sifted
- ⅛tspsalt
- 1cupmilk
- 2tspvanilla extract
- powdered sugar,for dusting
- baking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly spray a baking dish with baking spray, then it dust with a little flour. Toss in the berries.

Whisk the eggs, agave, salt, and flour together in a bowl until smooth.

Add the milk and vanilla extract, then whisk until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool on a wire rack. The clafoutis will have puffed up a bit and will deflate while cooling.

When cool, dust with powdered sugar, serve, and enjoy!
