  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and vanilla extract, and whisk until well combined.

  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until the batter is smooth.

  5. Pour the batter into the greased pie dish. Scatter the blueberries evenly over the batter.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the clafoutis is puffed and golden.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
