  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed meringue cookies
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g. almonds or walnuts)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the tahini with the sliced bananas and gently mix until the bananas are coated.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

  3. Layer the tahini-coated bananas, whipped cream, crushed meringue cookies, and chopped nuts in serving glasses or bowls.

  4. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
