- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed meringue cookies
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g. almonds or walnuts)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the tahini with the sliced bananas and gently mix until the bananas are coated.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Layer the tahini-coated bananas, whipped cream, crushed meringue cookies, and chopped nuts in serving glasses or bowls.
