  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sliced bananas and a drizzle of tahini for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond milk, tahini, honey, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and the oats are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
