This cocoa butter balls recipe uses oatmeal to add some texture to these very buttery, soft cookies. They’re very easy to make and don’t require any baking at all!
How To Make Cocoa Butter Balls
Blend butter and sugar. In a separate bowl, blend cocoa, milk and vanilla.
Add the cocoa mixture to the butter mixture and blend thoroughly. Blend in the oatmeal with your hands.
Form into balls, 3/4 inch in diameter. Chill the mixture as necessary to make shaping easier.
Drop balls into a bowl of powdered sugar and roll to coat.
Place on a plate and refrigerate until firm, for about 1 hour.
