How To Make No Bake Fudge Cookies

Make a fresh batch of everyone’s favorite dessert! With these cookie recipes, you can bake all kinds of different sweet treats. Make a classic snack with chocolate chip cookies. Or, switch it up by adding nuts, raisins, and other ingredients to keep things interesting.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of quick oats
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture becomes sticky.

  3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll into balls. Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern on the top.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the cookies set for at least 1 hour.

  6. Once firm, remove the cookies from the refrigerator and enjoy!
